Towing:
When your vehicle cannot be started or safely driven, Cayman Auto Club will assist with towing arrangements from Vampt Motors. Towing fees are payable at the time of service to Vampt Motors via cash or personal check. Upon receiving a copy of your towing bill, Cayman Auto Club will reimburse you towing charges, up to the maximum limit, depending upon your Cayman Auto club plan.

Emergency Starting:
When it is safe, minor repairs not requiring parts or supplies may be attempted at the scene to get your vehicle on the go. However, it is recommended that you proceed to a repair facility to consult a mechanic. Cayman Auto Club cannot guarantee the availability of repairs, but a Cayman Auto Club service representative or the independent service provider can assist you in locating a local Cayman Auto Club Repair facility.

Battery Service:
If your vehicle’s battery is dead, the service driver will jump-start your vehicle, if possible. If it cannot be started, towing will be provided under the towing benefit.

Cayman Auto Club Battery Service is a mobile battery testing and replacement service , a Cayman Auto Club Battery Service technician will test and assess the vehicle’s battery and electrical system. If the existing battery fails the test and you would like to have the battery replaced, the technician will install a new battery, if available, that meets or exceeds the vehicle’s original specifications at an exclusive Cayman Auto Club Member discounted price. All batteries come with a replacement warranty. Batteries are available for most makes and models. 24-Hour Emergency Road Service terms and conditions apply.

Flat Tire Service:
If your vehicle's spare tire is inflated and serviceable, it will be installed to replace a flat tire, when possible. When a serviceable spare tire is not available or cannot be installed, towing will be provided under the towing benefit.

Vehicle Locksmith Service:
For Cayman Auto Club Premier Customers: If the key that operates or provides access to the passenger compartment of the vehicle is lost or broken, service will be sent to gain entrance. If a locksmith is required, services can be requested at the member’s expense. If the vehicle can’t be safely opened or made operable, or the locksmith cannot replace the key, towing services will be provided under the towing benefit

Complimentary Budget Rent a Car:
Cayman Auto Club Plus and Premier Members are entitled to complimentary car rental with Budget of Grand Cayman, as per outlined in the membership plan. Complimentary days are for time and mileage only and do not include fees, fuel or coverage. Normal rental requirements do apply, member must have a valid credit card and rent a vehicle in his or her name in order to receive the benefit.

Budget Rent a Car Discounts (Grand Cayman):
All Cayman Auto Club Members are entitled to discounts at Budget of Grand Cayman as per their membership plan. Discounts are provided off of normal rental rates. All Renters are required to rent with a valid credit card and normal rules and restrictions do apply. Check with Cayman Auto Club for more information.

Fuel Delivery:
For our Plus and Premier Members: If your vehicle runs out of fuel, a limited supply will be delivered, if available, to enable you to reach the nearest service station. Plus Members will be charged the current pump price for fuel. Plus and Premier members will receive a sufficient amount of fuel to reach the nearest open service station at no cost. If you require diesel fuel, please request it when you call for service, as it may not always be available. In some cases, your vehicle may have to be towed if it runs out of fuel. If fuel delivery is not available, towing will be provided under the towing benefit.

Accident Ride Assist:
If you’re a Premier member and have an accident or breakdown, a Cayman Auto Club representative will help you contact your family, arrange for alternate transportation home, or walk you through whatever steps are necessary to get you back on track.
